CloserHire is recruiting Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a project based in Porto, Portugal. You will provide empathetic and professional assistance for diabetes medical devices, covering order management, troubleshooting, and multi-channel support to customers across Europe.

The role includes relocation with a paid move and full relocation support. Expect a full-time on-site position in Porto with initial training, private health coverage, meal allowance, and other employee

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, healthcare, or technical support is beneficial.
• Knowledge of diabetes care or medical devices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer care and technical assistance for medical devices across multiple channels (calls, email, chat, SMS).
• Manage order intake, renewals, and related documentation in compliance with procedures.
• Deliver troubleshooting and professional support while applying empathy and active listening.
