Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian & English Customer Service Specialist (Diabetes & Medical Devices) to join our on-site team in Porto, Portugal. You will assist users of medical devices with empathetic support and clear guidance for inquiries and technical issues.

The role requires fluent Italian and English (C1), willingness to work night shifts as part of rotational coverage, and strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Relocation support is offered.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluent written and verbal Italian + English (C1 Level).
• Work Model & Location: On-site in Porto, Portugal.
• Schedule: Rotational shifts, 24/7 coverage with 2 rotational days off, including night shifts.
• Skills: Strong organizational, high stress management, attention to detail, and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer care in Italian and English, across multiple markets.
• Demonstrate empathy and problem-solving to resolve customer issues and emergencies.
• Process and retain complex information regarding diabetes medical devices and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
