Hiring International Academy in Lisbon is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our international team, delivering excellent service to Italian-speaking customers across channels.

Relocation support is provided; you will relocate to Lisbon, undergo comprehensive training from day one, and begin an entry-level, on-site, full-time role with a gross monthly salary of €1,100–€1,500. This position offers growth in a multicultural environment and exposure to global customers.

Qualificações

Requirements

Critical Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian language proficiency (C1/C2 level)
• Professional proficiency in English (C1 level or higher)
• Valid EU citizenship with the legal right to work within the European Union
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
