Innopath Consulting Lda is seeking a motivated Italian Customer Support Specialist to join our Lisbon team. You will assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering a high-quality support experience in an international environment.

Ideal candidates have fluent Italian, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. Prior contact center experience is welcome but not required, and EU work eligibility for Portugal is essential.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian (C2) is required.
• Good command of English (B2) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal is required.
