Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our international support team. This on-site, full-time, entry-level position offers relocation support and a competitive gross salary of €1,100–€1,500 per month.

You will assist Italian-speaking customers across channels with a strong emphasis on clear communication and problem solving. Relocation is supported with comprehensive training from day one, in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian language proficiency (C1/C2 level)
• Professional proficiency in English (C1 level or higher)
• Valid EU citizenship with the legal right to work within the European Union
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal

Requirements

Critical Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian language proficiency (C1/C2 level)
