Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Italian and English

• Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous for Italian-speaking roles in Greece

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium customer support for Dyson's consumer electronics via phone, email, and chat
• Provide troubleshooting and guidance for high-end appliances to ensure optimal user experience
• Maintain knowledge of latest Dyson product launches and innovations
• Handle orders, warranties, and technical maintenance inquiries professionally
• Contribute to Dyson's engineering excellence by delivering effective solutions
