Ersilia is seeking an Italian-speaking Creator Support Specialist to be the primary contact for Italian content creators. You will provide operational support and guidance on tools and best practices to enhance their experience on digital platforms.

In a fast-paced, international environment, you will resolve issues via chat, email, and calls, assist with tool usage and guidelines, and collaborate with fellow specialists to ensure a consistent, high-quality creator experience.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian (C2), written and spoken.
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Interest in social media, content creation, or technology.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and customer focus.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with precision.

We're partnering with a leading international digital company to recruit Italian-speaking Creator Support Specialists.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Italian content creators, providing operational support and guidance on tools and best practices to improve their experience on digital platforms. You will have the opportunity to work in an international, fast-paced, and dynamic environment, supporting creators and contributing to platform growth.

Your Role

• Provide support to Italian content creators via chat, email, and calls to resolve issues and answer platform-related questions
• Assist creators in the correct use of tools, guidelines, and policies
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to internal teams to improve products and services
• Collaborate with other support specialists to ensure a consistent and high-quality creator experience
• Monitor complex cases and ensure timely and clear follow-up
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products, policies, and best practices

Your Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (C2), written and spoken
• Good command of English (B2 or higher)
• Interest in social media, content creation, or technology
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with precision and attention to detail
• Previous experience in customer support or digital services is a plus
• Proactive and collaborative mindset, able to work in dynamic and multicultural teams
