CloserHire is recruiting an Italian-speaking Creator Support Specialist based in Lisbon, Portugal, with relocation support. You will be the main contact for Italian content creators, guiding them on tools and best practices to enhance their experience on digital platforms.

You will operate in an international, fast-paced environment, coordinating across teams to resolve issues, share best practices, and contribute to platform growth. Strong Italian and English skills are essential to succeed.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian (C2), written and spoken.
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Interest in social media, content creation, or technology.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to Italian content creators via chat, email, and calls to resolve issues and answer platform-related questions.
• Assist creators in the correct use of tools, guidelines, and policies.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to internal teams to improve products and services.
• Collaborate with other support specialists to ensure a consistent and high-quality creator experience.
• Monitor complex cases and ensure timely and clear follow-up.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products, policies, and best practices.
