Italian Customer Service Specialist for Music Streaming Platform

About the job

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dedicated Italian-Speaking Customer Success Representative with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will work for a project related to a globally recognizable Swedish music streaming platform. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities
  • Offer first-level support to advertisers using our ad platform through Voice, Email, and Chat.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Utilize critical thinking to create tailored responses and use templates when appropriate.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and either pass them to the sales team or assist directly.
  • Share detailed product knowledge with advertisers.
  • Log issues and escalate technical queries to internal support teams.
  • Handle ad hoc support tasks as needed.
  • Set up invoicing for eligible advertisers and process necessary documentation.
  • Detect and mitigate fraudulent activity.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and process refunds as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (native level) and English (B2 or higher).
  • EU member state passport or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit (a must)
  • Experience with Salesforce case management is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
  • Interest in advertising and marketing.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a rotational shift pattern and a lunch break. Onsite at the client's office in Porto.

Location and relocation

This opportunity is also open to the candidates located abroad. Relocation and housing help will be provided to those moving from distances over 100 km away from Porto.
