Are you someone who spends time scrolling and reviewing various content on a daily basis? Make it your work and get paid for this with permanent contract!

So what will you have to do on a daily basis?

• Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the endcustomer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
• Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform
• Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload
• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator(KPIs)
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
• Strict adherence to the accuracy guidelines as laid down by the client
• Ensuring to protect the data of the customer and compliance process is followed

Apart being interested in the world of social media and its various platforms, you also have to have:

• Fluency (C2 or native) in Italian as well as B2 proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge;
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally;
• S trong attention to detail
• Skills in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly;
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment;
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently; Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner;
• Willingness and availability to commit to a 24/7 working schedule, with rotational 8 hour shifts
• Associate degree in related field with 6 months to one year of relevant experience preferred;
