Cbtalents is hiring for an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Specialist for the ByteDance LLM Project in Portugal. Native Italian speakers with strong analytical skills will support customer service and AI evaluation tasks in an international setting.

The role offers on-site work with relocation support, a salary of €1,000 per month paid across 14 months, and a daily food allowance. Shifts are 24/7 with two rotating days off each week.

Qualificações

• Native-level Italian with excellent written communication.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI annotation or evaluation platforms.
• Experience in AI Data Annotation, LLM Evaluation, RLHF, Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Quality Assurance, Content Labeling, Trust & Safety, or similar analytical roles is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex guidelines and policies.
• Excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment while meeting productivity targets.
• Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
