ByteDance is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialist in Portugal to support the LLM Project. You will work on on-site shifts, with relocation support, contributing to AI data annotation and evaluation tasks in a global setting.

Requirements include native Italian with strong writing, English at least B2, and solid AI knowledge. The role offers a €1,000 monthly salary paid over 14 months plus a food allowance and relocation benefits.

Qualificações

• Native-level Italian with excellent written communication.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI annotation/evaluation platforms.
• Experience in AI data annotation, LLM evaluation, RLHF, SFT, QA, content labeling, or Trust & Safety is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex guidelines/policies.
• Excellent reading and written communication skills.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment with productivity targets.
• Professionalism, integrity and discretion handling confidential information.

Responsabilidades
