Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal seeks an AI Labeling & Evaluation Agent (Italian-speaking) to join our on-site team. You will evaluate AI outputs, apply guidelines, and ensure high-quality annotations that improve LLM performance. The role requires fluency in Italian (C1) and strong English (B2).

You’ll work with diverse data and contribute to global AI systems, with extensive training provided. We offer a fully supported environment, career growth, and a central Lisbon office.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian (C1) and good English (B2) proficiency.
• Experience in AI data annotation and LLM evaluation.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to apply complex guidelines to varied texts.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI-generated responses according to detailed quality guidelines.
• Produce accurate and consistent labels for language model outputs.
• Assess content for quality, factual accuracy, safety, and policy compliance.
• Apply annotation guidelines across diverse scenarios.
• Identify inconsistencies and escalate as needed.
• Maintain high output quality while meeting targets.
• Work with structured text and language data.
