Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is hiring a Social Media Advisor to engage Italian-speaking customers via social media and digital channels. You will resolve inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while meeting targets.

The role requires fluency in Italian, English level B1/B2, and a 20+ words per minute typing speed. It offers 40-hour weeks, rotating shifts, and relocation support with comprehensive health insurance.

Are you a fluent Italian speaker with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service?

Join our international Social Media Advisor team in Lisbon, with positions starting in September & October. You’ll support customers through social media and digital channels, resolve their questions, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and available to work in Lisbon.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customers through social media and digital platforms.
• Resolve enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Italian, spoken and written.

• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.

Contract & Benefits

• 12-month contract, with possibility of renewal.

Salary

Without Company Accommodation:
€1,366.17 gross/month + performance bonus (to be disclosed).

With Company Accommodation:
