Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is offering an international Social Media Advisor role starting in September/October. You will support customers via social media and digital channels, resolving inquiries with clear, helpful answers.

The position requires fluency in Italian, English at B1/B2, and a 20+ wpm typing speed. A 12-month contract with 40 hours per week and relocation support are provided to successful candidates.

Join our international Social Media Advisor team in Lisbon, with positions starting in September & October. You’ll support customers through social media and digital channels, resolve their questions, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and available to work in Lisbon.

Salary

Without Company Accommodation:
€1,366.17 gross/month + performance bonus (to be disclosed).

With Company Accommodation:
