This role, which is fully remote (except for the islands), offers the chance to enhance your customer service skills. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. Ideal candidates will be fluent in Italian and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Italian, ideally at C1/C2 level.
• Residing in Portugal to work remotely from anywhere except islands.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Ensure excellent customer service and positive experiences.
• Follow up on requests and escalate issues as needed.
