Workster Jobs is seeking an Italian Client Advisor for their Lisbon team. The role involves delivering high-quality client support to Italian-speaking customers through various channels. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will be a native Italian speaker with strong communication skills and experience in customer service. The position offers a full-time schedule, competitive salary, and a hybrid work model following training.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in customer service or client support is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
• Eligible to work in Portugal and commute to the Lisbon office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with account queries, product information, and service modifications.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and ensuring customer needs are prioritized.
• Manage CRM to record interactions and complaints.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
