A dynamic talent solutions provider in Lisbon is seeking an Italian Speaker Client Specialist. This on-site role involves providing exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Italian, have a good command of English, and possess strong problem-solving skills. A competitive salary, performance bonuses, meal and transport allowances, and a welcoming bonus of €2,000 are offered. Relocation support is available for qualified candidates.

Qualificações

• Native-level proficiency in Italian with at least B2 level in English.
• Previous experience in client support is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must have EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking clients.
• Diagnose client issues and offer effective solutions.
• Accurately log and update client interactions in our CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with team members for seamless service delivery.
