Natixis in Portugal seeks a proactive IT Leader for the Global Markets division, focusing on Booking and Post Trading processes. You will lead a team delivering innovative technology solutions, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory alignment.

The role requires a solid IT background in investment banking, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment, with a hybrid work policy and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred but relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience in IT within investment banking or financial services is an advantage.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is valuable.
• Familiarity with financial products, trading systems, and post-trading technologies is a plus.
• Strong project management skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse IT team focused on Booking and Post Trading systems within Global Markets.
• Effectively manage team resources, budget allocation, and project timelines to optimize delivery of technology services.
• Identify and implement technology-driven enhancements to streamline booking and post-trading processes.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics for team members and projects, providing coaching and development.
• Prepare and present regular updates on team performance and project status to senior IT CIB Global Markets leadership.
