Natixis in Portugal is seeking a proactive Team Leader to join the IT department of the Global Markets sector. You will lead a team focused on Booking and Post Trading systems, delivering technology solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong IT and financial markets knowledge, people leadership, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or Finance is preferred.
• Experience leading IT teams in banking or financial services is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse IT team focused on Booking and Post Trading systems.
• Manage resources, budgets, and project timelines to orchestrate delivery.
• Identify and implement technology-driven improvements to booking and post-trading processes.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics, provide feedback and coaching.
• Prepare and present updates on team performance and project status to senior management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with business objectives.
