Natixis in Portugal is seeking an IT Team Leader to manage three software engineering squads in Porto, overseeing Frontend, Backend, and Fullstack developers. You will drive SDLC, CI/CD, architecture improvements, and adherence to Agile practices while coordinating with Paris and local stakeholders.

Fluent English and professional French are required, along with a Master’s degree and at least 3 years in people management within Banking/Fintech environments.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• At least 3 years in People/Engineering management leading software developers.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and Agile experience; banking/FinTech is a plus.
• Expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and modern front-end (Angular).
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud/on‑prem deployments.
• Ability to lead diverse, multinational teams and communicate effectively in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop multiple software engineering teams.
• Ensure delivery of initiatives with CI/CD and automated testing.
• Align with product owners and stakeholders; manage sprint planning.
• Drive software architecture improvements and technical debt reduction.
• Report progress with metrics to management.
