Natixis in Portugal seeks an experienced Team Leader for the IT department within Global Markets. You will lead a team supporting Booking and Post Trading systems, driving innovation and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities include resource and budget management, process improvements, performance monitoring, and regular reporting to senior IT CIB leadership. A strong IT/finance background and leadership skills are essential for success in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/Economics/Finance or related field.
• Experience in IT within investment banking or financial services is an advantage.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is valuable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Team Leadership: mentor and develop IT professionals focused on Booking and Post Trading systems within Global Markets.
• Resource Management: manage personnel, budget, and timelines to optimize delivery of technology services.
• Process Improvement: implement tech-driven enhancements to streamline booking and post-trading processes.
• Performance Monitoring: set and review performance metrics, provide feedback and coaching.
• Reporting: prepare updates on team performance, project status, and operational metrics to senior IT CIB leadership.
