Natixis in Portugal is seeking a senior IT architect to shape and align the technical strategy with business goals within a Centre of Expertise. You will contribute to the architecture, governance, and standards, while researching new technologies to strengthen Natixis' capabilities.

The role involves collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams, with opportunities to participate in industry events and drive impactful IT initiatives.

Qualificações

• Postgraduate degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience in high-complexity IT problems and solutions.
• Ability to lead, mentor and influence teams across functions.
• Ability to recruit and train according to organizational needs.

Responsabilidades

• Contributes to the technical strategy, roadmap and architecture.
• Develops and maintains technical governance policies and procedures.
• Researches and recommends new technologies and tools.
• Represents Natixis at technical conferences and stays up to date with trends.
