As part of our growing activities we are looking for an IT Team Leader (local contract) to work within IT Corporate Finance teams.
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to build and manage a new development team centered around .Net, C#, DataStage and Exadata.
This key role involves building a team from scratch, upskilling team members, managing a technology migration, and overseeing development, delivery, and production support activities.
You will drive technical excellence, respond to various project requests (architecture, estimation, and software integration), and preserve excellent relationships with our stakeholders, particularly in Paris, but also locally in Portugal.
This is a leadership role that requires excellent people, agile delivery, and technical project management skills.
