Multivision in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, engage and hire top IT talent on a 100% on-site basis. You will partner with hiring managers across teams to understand needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 3 years in IT recruitment, with fluent English and Portuguese, strong relationships, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, IT preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
