Job summary

Dellent is seeking an IT Support- Sysadmin to join a Porto-based hybrid team. You will manage Windows and Linux system administration, deploy MECM/SCCM, and handle storage and AD services in a mid-to-large scale environment.

The role demands strong scripting in PowerShell, networking, and monitoring with tools like Zabbix. English is required; French is a plus. The team emphasizes learning budgets and regular feedback, with a hybrid Porto work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar.
• 6–9 years of professional IT experience.
• Experience with VMware vCenter in complex environments.
• Windows Server troubleshooting (2019/2022/2025).
• SCCM/MECM deployment experience.
• Experience with Clusters and SAN storage technologies.
• Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and load balancing solutions.
• Storage solutions such as SAN and NAS (NetApp).
• PowerShell scripting proficiency.
• DNS, DHCP, Active Directory and GPO troubleshooting.
• Medium-level Networking knowledge.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix).

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for an IT Support- Sysadmin to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Main Technical Requirements

• Bachelor or Technical Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar;
• Professional experience in Windows and Linux System Administration;
• Between 6 and 9 years of professional experience;
• Professional experience with VMWare VCenter in complexes environments;
• Master in Windows Server troubleshooting;
• Know-how on Windows Server (2019/2022/2025);
• Experience in industrialization and MECM\SCCM deployment tools;
• Professional experience with Clusters and SAN Storage technologies;
• Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and load balancing solutions.
• Knowledge of storage solutions, such as SAN, NAS (Netapp);
• Good knowledge and practice with PowerShell scripting;
• Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Active directory and GPO and troubleshooting skills;
• Knowledge of Networking in medium level;
• Knowledge of monitoring enterprise tools (ideally Zabbix).
