A Dellent está a recrutar um Tech Lead (.Net/C#) para atuar em Lisboa ou Porto, com modelo híbrido. Procuramos líder técnico com forte atuação em C# .NET e mentoria de equipas. O candidato ideal tem profunda experiência em arquitetura, TDD e práticas de DevOps.

Qualifications

• Mais de 9 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento C# .NET.
• Experiência em liderança técnica ou mentoria.
• Conhecimento de arquitetura de software, Clean Code, SOLID e TDD.
• Experiência com SQL Server, Azure SQL, Git, Gitflow e Azure DevOps.
• Experiência com serviços Azure (Pipelines, Repos, Blob Storage, App Service, App Configuration).
• Experiência com Jira e Confluence.
• Inglês fluente; falar português é diferencial.

Responsibilities

• Liderar tecnicamente a equipe no projeto da área de private finance.
• Mentorar desenvolvedores e promover boas práticas de engenharia.
• Contribuir ao ciclo de vida completo da aplicação, incluindo suporte à produção.

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations. This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business. We are looking for a Tech Lead (.Net/C#) to work in this project in Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Higher Education in Engineering, Computer Science or IT;
• More than 9 years of experience in C# .NET development;
• Previous technical leadership or mentoring experience;
• Experience with .NET Framework 4.8+, and .NET 8+;
• Knowledge of software architecture, Clean Code, SOLID, and TDD;
• Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, Git, Gitflow, and Azure DevOps;
• Experience with Azure services, such as: Azure Pipelines, Repos, Blob Storage, App Service, and App Configuration;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Experience with the full application lifecycle, including production support;
• Fluent in English, and speaking Portuguese is a significant plus.
