Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking an IT Support professional to provide hardware and software assistance across desktops, laptops, mobile devices and AV equipment. You will manage Windows and MacOS, perform installations, and use ServiceNow for incidents and requests while maintaining asset inventories.

Excellent English communication is required; the role focuses on on-site support with a collaborative team and continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows and MacOS environments.
• Knowledge of asset inventories and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, mobiles and AV devices.
• Manage operating systems and applications, installations and troubleshooting.
• Use Service Now for incidents and requests and maintain SLA compliance.
• Contribute to IT security policies and disaster recovery processes.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
