Job summary

Capgemini Portugal is seeking a Senior IT Business Manager to lead staffing initiatives and strengthen client relationships across our IT recruitment and staffing services. You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and delivery teams to define hiring strategies and meet resource demands.

The role requires proven IT business management and staffing experience, fluent Portuguese and English, and strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.YOUR ROLEManage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a trusted partner for IT talent and staffing needs.Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and contributing to commercial activities.Coordinate IT recruitment and staffing processes, ensuring the successful delivery of qualified professionals to clients.Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and delivery teams to define hiring strategies and fulfil resource demands.Negotiate and manage client expectations, staffing requirements, and recruitment timelines.Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the IT sector.Prepare business reports, forecasts, and staffing updates for internal and client stakeholders.YOUR PROFILEProven experience in IT Business Management, IT Recruitment, IT Staffing, Account Management, or similar roles.Hands-on experience managing the full IT recruitment lifecycle, including role qualification, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and hiring processes.Strong knowledge of IT recruitment methodologies and the Portuguese IT talent market.Experience managing client relationships and staffing projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.Experience working with ATS, CRM, and recruitment management tools is a plus.WHAT YOU´LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREAt Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
