Capgemini Portugal is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our growing team and help build scalable frontend applications. You’ll work with Angular and TypeScript, own features across the full software lifecycle, and collaborate with product, UX, backend engineers, and architects.

You’ll design responsive interfaces, implement REST integrations, contribute to frontend architecture, and uphold quality through automated tests, CI/CD, and code reviews.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of frontend development experience in enterprise apps.
• Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JS, HTML/CSS.
• Experience with micro frontends, Web Components, REST integrations, and NgRx.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain scalable frontend apps using Angular and TypeScript.
• Own features from analysis to deployment and improvement.
• Design responsive, accessible UI and consume REST APIs.
• Collaborate with PO, UX, backend, and architects.

YOUR ROLE

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript.Take ownership of features throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and technical design to deployment and continuous improvement.Design and implement responsive, accessible, and user-centric interfaces, integrating backend services through REST APIs.Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Backend Engineers, and Architects to deliver business-driven solutions.Contribute to frontend architecture, technical decisions, and the adoption of engineering best practices.Ensure application quality through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization.Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in frontend software development.
• Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and RxJS.
• Experience building scalable enterprise applications and responsive user interfaces.
• Knowledge of micro frontends, Web Components, REST API integrations, and state management solutions such as NgRx.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile teams.
