Universalkraft, Lda is seeking an IT Specialist to support our Porto office. The role includes on-site and remote IT support, installing and maintaining laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices, and ensuring systems run securely and efficiently.

You will manage Microsoft 365 accounts, user permissions, and licensing, assist with onboarding/offboarding, coordinate with external vendors, and troubleshoot networks and connectivity.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint management.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Professional level of English; Spanish is highly desirable.

We are currently looking for IT Specialist to support our Porto office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional seeking a long-term collaboration with an international company operating in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees.

Requirements
