Qualificações

4+ anos de experiência em suporte técnico.
Fluência em francês obrigatória.
Experiência prática em suporte de aplicações em Windows e Linux.

Responsabilidades

Interagir profissionalmente com usuários finais para entender e resolver seus problemas.
Gerenciar ferramentas de tickets e processos de gerenciamento de incidentes.
Identificar e resolver proativamente problemas usando ferramentas de monitoramento.

We are looking for an Amazing: French speaker Application Support

Seniority: Mid level - Senior

Type of position: Hybrid (2x/week at Porto office)

The amazing you, will have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
4+ years of experience in IT Support;
Hands-on experience with application support in both Windows and Linux environments.
Experience with ticketing tools (Active Directory, and Jira/Snow;) and incident management processes.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Experience with SQL,
Familiarity with monitoring tools for proactive issue identification and resolution.
Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally with end-users to understand and resolve their issues.
Availability for a hybrid regime at Porto (Portugal);
Fluency in French is mandatory.
