A Randstad Portugal, através da sua divisão Digital focada no setor de IT, procura um IT Service Desk & Business Support. O candidato será responsável por manter a continuidade operacional e apoiar operações de venda para um líder global, com atuação em 7 países, trabalhando em modelo híbrido no Porto/Rio Tinto.

Procura-se profissional com 1–2 anos de experiência em suporte operacional, conhecimento de POS e redes, bem como disponibilidade para trabalhar em ambiente dinâmico de retalho global.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 anos de experiência em suporte operacional.
• Suporte de hardware/software POS (terminais, impressoras, leitores).
• Redes (VPN, routers) e resolução de problemas.
• Formação técnica em IT; fluência em espanhol (preferencial).

Aufgaben

• Resolver incidentes críticos de store support para evitar bloqueios de vendas.
• Realizar troubleshoot rápido de conectividade, hardware e software.

• Essential: 1-2 years of operational support experience; POS hardware/software support (terminals, printers, scanners); networking (VPN, routers) and troubleshooting.
• Desirable: Technical IT degree; fluency in Spanish.
