Job summary

Randstad Portugal is recruiting an IT & Platform Engineer for direct integration in a company located in Coimbra. You will administer and evolve the IT infrastructure, systems, and enterprise platforms to support engineering and business operations.

The role blends IT operations, systems administration, and DevOps platform ownership in a hybrid model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote per week), working with Windows/Linux, Azure, Git/Jira/Confluence, and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, CS or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, enterprise networking, security.
• Experience with Azure, M365, Entra ID and Intune for endpoint management.
• Experience with Git, Atlassian tools, CI/CD pipelines and software delivery platform administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, endpoints, cloud, networks, access controls).
• Design, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot secure network infrastructure and platform health.
• Own and support Git, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket integrations for engineering productivity.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD platforms and automation for efficiency.
• Provide IT support to employees with timely assistance.
• Develop documentation, standards, and roadmaps with stakeholders to meet needs.

• Administer and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including servers,endpoints, cloud services, networks, user accounts, permissions, andaccess controls.

requisitos/requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, ComputerScience, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure,systems administration, platform engineering, or technical operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, enterprisenetworking, infrastructure security, monitoring, backup, and disasterrecovery.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID andendpoint management through Intune.
• Experience with Git, Atlassian tools, CI/CD pipelines and software deliveryplatform administration.
• Familiarity with virtualisation and containerisation technologies, as well as experience working within ITSM processes, incident management, and formal change control. Experience in regulated environments (e.g., ISO/IEC27001) is valued.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and fluency inPortuguese and English.
