A KCS IT procura um IT Recruiter para se destacar numa equipa dedicada. Exigimos 1 ano de experiência em recrutamento, formação em RH ou Psicologia e bons níveis de inglês e português. O regime é híbrido, com 2 dias no Porto.

Responsabilidades: analisar requisitos, publicar anúncios, analisar CVs, entrevistar candidatos, fazer pesquisas de sourcing e apresentar relatórios aos Managers.

Qualificações

• 1 ano de experiência em recrutamento.
• Formação em RH, Psicologia ou similar.
• Bom nível de inglês e português.

Responsabilidades

• Analisar requisitos com Managers.
• Publicar anúncios e gerir candidaturas.
• Analisar CVs e conduzir entrevistas.
• Sourcing de candidatos através de várias plataformas.
• Redigir relatórios de entrevista para Managers.

We are looking for an Amazing: IT Recruiter Seniority: 1year+ Type of position: Hybrid (2x @Porto's Office) The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor's degree or other academic degree in the areas of Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar;
• At least 1 year experience in Recruitment and Selection;
• Previousexperience in recruiting IT profiles;
• Be a dynamic person with good communication skills;
• A team player with a spirit of collaboration;
• A personwith a good working attitude and commitment;
• Be results-oriented;
• Good level of English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of opportunity requirements with Business Managers;
• Preparation and placement of announcements on multiple platforms;
• Analysisand selection of CV's;
• Phone surveys when necessary;
• Sourcingcandidates aligned with the requirements of the opportunities, through several platforms and social networks;
• Performing andconducting interviews with candidates;
• Writing and sending the interview report to the Business Managers.
