Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion invites an IT Quality Applications Specialist to join our team and contribute to QRLS, ensuring application reliability, compliance and continuous improvement in a regulated, multinational environment.

You will collaborate with business users, quality teams, and vendors to support validation, documentation, and implementation of critical systems, while maintaining rigorous documentation and security controls.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT application support in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Document Management Systems (DMS).
• Familiar with regulated industries such as pharma or life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) principles and docs.
• Ability to troubleshoot application issues and integrations with laboratory systems.
• Proficient in technical documentation writing and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for quality, regulatory, and laboratory applications; investigate incidents.
• Monitor system availability and performance; identify improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot interfaces between applications and laboratory equipment; coordinate resolutions.
• Collaborate with business, quality, development, and vendor teams to support enhancements.
• Coordinate application implementations and rollout activities with proper documentation and compliance.
• Manage user access requests and system security per internal procedures.
• Produce and maintain system lifecycle documentation (URS, FDS, DS, validation deliverables).
• Ensure compliance with GxP requirements and documentation standards.

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Quality Applications Specialist to integrate our teams in a project within a highly regulated international environment. In this role, you will support and enhance Quality, Regulatory and Laboratory Systems (QRLS), ensuring application reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement across business-critical platforms. You will work closely with business users, quality teams, technical stakeholders, and external vendors, contributing to application support, system validation, documentation, and implementation initiatives.

What you will do

• Provide functional and technical support for quality, regulatory, and laboratory applications, investigating and resolving incidents;
• Monitor system availability and performance, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring reliable operations;
• Troubleshoot interfaces between applications and laboratory equipment, analysing root causes and coordinating resolutions;
• Collaborate with business, quality, development, and vendor teams to support system enhancements and operational needs;
• Coordinate application implementations and rollout activities, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and stakeholder communication;
• Manage user access requests and system security activities in accordance with internal procedures;
• Produce and maintain system lifecycle documentation, including URS, Functional Specifications, Design Specifications, and validation deliverables;
• Ensure compliance with GxP requirements, quality procedures, and documentation standards.

What you are like

• Proficient in IT application support within enterprise environments;
• Experienced with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Document Management Systems (DMS);
• Familiar with regulated industries, ideally pharmaceutical, life sciences, food, or similar sectors;
• Strong knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) principles and documentation practices;
• Skilled in troubleshooting application issues and integrations involving laboratory systems and equipment;
• Proficient in technical documentation writing and communication in English;
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors;
• Experienced in application implementation projects and rollout activities;
• Knowledge of solutions such as Veeva, Empower, LabWare, or equivalent platforms is a plus;
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools and able to quickly adapt to new technologies and applications.
