Job summary

Aubay Portugal is looking for a Senior Processes & Quality Consultant to manage and improve the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with certifications and aligning quality with DevOps in an agile environment.

You will collaborate with DevOps teams to embed quality requirements, drive continuous improvement, and champion governance across the organisation, with strong English communication and ethics at the core.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and audits.
• Knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS) and governance.
• Strong familiarity with international standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27000; ASPICE and TISAX are a plus.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban; SAFe/LeSS is a plus).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

What will you do?

• Manage the Integrated Management System, assuring its maintenance, improvement, and optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with external certification requirements relevant to the company's operations.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to extract and embed value from formal quality requirements into agile practices.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise the company’s quality system in a way that truly supports and benefits DevOps teams.
• Influence and assist DevOps teams and other areas of the company in aligning with and achieving corporate quality objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality innovation throughout the organization.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• Senior professional with at least 6 years of experience as a Processes & Quality Consultant.
• Demonstrated experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Audit Management, Document Management Systems (DMS), and Process Governance/Management.
• Solid knowledge of international standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27000 series; ASPICE and TISAX are considered a significant advantage.
• Proven experience and knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban; SAFe and LeSS are also a plus.
• Ability to create smart, simple, and relevant solutions within an agile organizational context.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both oral and written.
