Olympus Medical Products Portugal is seeking an IT performance management professional to enhance the Global IT Organization's framework, processes and KPIs. You will lead performance monitoring, data consolidation, and reporting, working with IT functions and stakeholders to drive efficiency and quality across the multinational IT landscape.

The role emphasizes KPI development, targets, SLAs, and root-cause analyses, with opportunities for cost optimization and continuous framework evolution.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3+ years in a large IT corporate function.
• Deep experience in IT performance management and IT operations or project portfolio management.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and reporting skills.
• Proactive, with strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to define KPIs, targets and scorecards.

Responsabilidades

• Improve the IT Performance Management Framework, structure and setup for the Global IT Organization.
• Define and improve PM processes and tools to drive efficiency, automation and quality.
• Drive implementation of a comprehensive Global IT performance management and oversee regular performance monitoring and reporting.
• Develop and implement KPIs and metrics for IT quality, IT impact and business operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT functions and stakeholders on KPI definition, data requirements and data sources.
• Conduct regular IT performance monitoring, data consolidation and stakeholder reporting.
• Track KPIs against targets and SLAs; perform gap analyses and define action plans.
• Perform root cause analysis, corrective actions and identify improvement opportunities for IT and business performance.
• Identify optimization opportunities, cost-saving potential, and evolve the continuous framework.
• Set IT annual targets and align with IT strategy and priorities.
• Provide IT project support for performance management improvements and optimization initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Improvement of the IT Performance Management Framework, Structure, and Setup for the Global IT Organization.
• Definition and Improvement of Performance Management Processes and tools to drive efficiency, automation and quality.
• Driving the implementation of a comprehensive Global IT performance management and manage the regular performance monitoring and reporting across the overall Global IT organization.
• Development and Implementation of KPIs and Metrics for IT Quality, IT Impact, and Business Operational Efficiency
• Collaboration with IT Functions and Stakeholders on KPI Definition, Data Requirements, and Data Sources
• Regular IT Performance Monitoring, Data Consolidation, and Stakeholder Reporting
• KPI Tracking Against Targets and SLAs, Performance Gap Analysis, and Action Plan Definition
• Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions, and Improvement Opportunities for IT and Business Performance
• Optimization Opportunities, Cost-Saving Potential, and Continuous Framework Evolution
• IT Annual Target Setting and Alignment with IT Strategy and Priorities
• IT Project Support for Performance Management Improvements and IT Optimization Initiatives
• 3+ years of business experience working in a larger IT corporate function (>100 people).
• Working experience in a multi-national, multi-regional IT organization preferred.
• Deep experience in IT organizational performance management, IT Operations Management and/or IT Project Portfolio Management, e.g. setting up IT targets and scorecards, regular performance reporting, improving performance measures and processes
• Deep understanding of business metric performance and target setting.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent presentation, research and reporting skills.
• Proactive working style, anticipating challenges and proactively solving them.
• High proficiency in problem-solving and data analyzing techniques.
• Knowledge of processes and tools for IT performance management beneficial.
