Your Responsibilities
Provision of detailed functional and non-functional requirements, solution specifications, and design documentation aligned with best practices, enterprise standards, and governance frameworks.
- Assessment of current systems architecture, legacy platforms, and integrations, including development and documentation of architecture improvement recommendations aligned with enterprise standards.
- Participation in solution build activities, including platform configuration, administration, and remediation of legacy system issues.
- Evaluation of project constraints, design alternatives, risk mitigation approaches, re-engineering requirements, and incorporation of security, access control, and compliance requirements into solution designs.
- Technical leadership for development and project teams, including architecture decision records, technical standards, subject matter expertise, and guidance for content and document management platforms.
- Monitoring of vendor and application roadmaps, planned releases, emerging technologies, and cloud deployment models, including development of standards, governance guidance, and adoption recommendations.
- Evaluation and recommendation of SaaS, PaaS, and hybrid deployment models, considering scalability, security, cost optimization, and migration requirements.
- Definition of monitoring, observability, alerting, diagnostic, and service improvement strategies to support operational readiness and solution performance.
- Assessment of the business impact of technical decisions, including consideration of risks, timelines, resources, scope, costs, and project constraints.
- Collaboration with project management teams on initiative progress monitoring, expectation management, and stakeholder communications regarding technical solutions, product development, costs, and budgets.
- Participation in architecture communities to promote knowledge sharing, best practices, lessons learned, technical capability development, and Solution Architecture maturity.
- Support for the definition, implementation, and maintenance of Global IT application, technology, and architecture standards across geographical regions.
Your qualification
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field (or equivalent and related experience).
- Minimum 5-8 years' relevant experience in solution design, build, deploy and maintenance, with at least 3 years in a solution architecture role.
- Experience with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, etc.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and cloud-based architecture (AWS, Azure). TOGAF certification (Foundation or Practitioner) is a plus.
- Solid working knowledge of business analysis techniques and processes.
- Demonstrated competence in project management, process design, and systems analysis.
- Knowledge of working with business processes in the assigned domain (if applicable), preferably in medical related fields.
- Demonstrated experience with Windows Server and Linux server administration, including service management, application hosting, and server-side troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management platforms (Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID) and authentication protocols (SSO, LDAP).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Splunk, PRTG, WireShark) and proficiency in log analysis and system diagnostics.
- Practical experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash/Shell, Python) for automation of deployment, configuration, and administrative tasks.
- Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident management, change control, and service-level tracking.
- Competence in log analysis, system diagnostics, and performance monitoring using enterprise-grade tools (e.g., Splunk, PRTG, WireShark, Event Viewer).
