Volkswagen Group Services in Lisbon is seeking an IT/OT Project Manager to join the Smart Cloud Factory Team. The role focuses on scope, governance, and stakeholder alignment to deliver scalable IT/OT solutions for a connected manufacturing environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee timelines and budgets, assess risks, and report to VWAE leadership. A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in IT project management and ITIL knowledge is required; Master’s and certifications are a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT service management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Frameworks, ITIL, or similar methodologies.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.

• Governance Model: establish roles, responsibilities, and decision processes.
• Stakeholder Management: manage relationships with all relevant stakeholders.

• Change Management: oversee transitions with minimal disruption.
