Volkswagen Group Services is hiring an IT/OT Project Manager to join the Smart Cloud Factory team in Lisbon. The role focuses on defining scope, governance, and stakeholder management for ITSF model service implementations in a digitally connected factory environment.

The position offers hybrid work hours, competitive compensation, and opportunities to work with senior leadership on transformative projects leveraging IoT, cloud, data pipelines and AI for predictive maintenance and real-time

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Management, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Project Manager in IT service management or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL or other service frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Scope Definition with stakeholders to define objectives and deliverables.
• Define governance model, roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication across the project life cycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and milestones.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate resources across teams to ensure efficient delivery.
• Provide regular status updates and presentations to leadership.
• Oversee change management during implementation to minimize disruption.
