Qualificações

• 12+ years of experience managing large-scale IT/OT, industrial automation, or Industry 4.0 transformation programmes in manufacturing.
• Fluent English — written and spoken, at executive stakeholder and governance level.
• Demonstrated track record of multi-site program delivery across complex industrial environments.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end IT/OT transformation delivery ownership across OT assessments, technology modernisation, and IT/OT convergence programmes.
• Facilitate workshops, site assessments, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to define current-state and future-state strategies.
• Build and manage transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable business value across manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with architects and domain experts to define OT/IT integration roadmaps, reference architectures, and technology standards.
