Emotion Mobility seeks an IT Operations & Security Lead to ensure availability, performance and security of the organization’s IT environment. You will coordinate security, risk and compliance activities and report to the Engineering Director.

You will lead IT Operations, Infrastructure, Information Security and Cybersecurity, define roadmaps, monitor KPIs and manage budgets while aligning with ISO 27001, NIST and CIS controls.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure, with cloud exposure and leadership responsibilities.
• Strong management of IT infrastructure and cloud environments, especially Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Solid understanding of information security and cybersecurity principles, controls and best practices.
• Experience with recognized security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework or CIS Controls.
• Experience with IT risk management, security incident management and vulnerability management.
• Good understanding of DevOps, automation and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, plus fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT Operations, Infrastructure, Information Security and Cybersecurity functions.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Define and monitor KPIs to assess IT performance, security and service effectiveness.
• Manage IT budgets, resources, suppliers and technology priorities.
• Oversee on-site infrastructure and Microsoft 365/Azure environments.
• Promote DevOps and automation in collaboration with Engineering teams.
• Coordinate security practices within development and operations processes.
• Maintain information security policies and standards aligned with ISO 27001/NIST/CIS.
