Laminar Projects! is seeking a proactive IT Security Manager to oversee and mature our security posture across Microsoft and Google ecosystems.

You will manage IT policy, risk and compliance, while guiding the team to uphold ISO 27001 and SOC2 standards. Your role involves leading strategic projects, collaborating with diverse teams, and driving continuous improvements in security and infrastructure management at Laminar.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of IT security systems and vulnerabilities.
• Experience with Microsoft and Google environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, regulatory requirements, and audits.
• Proven track record in risk and compliance management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic IT projects and close security gaps while maintaining ISO27001/SOC2 compliance.
• Oversee software, hardware and infrastructure management.
• Develop and enforce robust IT policies, procedures and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT with company goals and product ownership.
• Provide leadership on IT security, risk management and regulatory compliance.
