Laminar Projects in Portugal seeks an IT Security Manager to lead our security posture and ensure ISO 27001 and SOC2 alignment. You will manage policies, risk, and the IT infrastructure while guiding a growing team to protect networks and data.

You will work across departments to implement robust security controls, drive compliance, and mature our IT function in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Qualificações

• Mastery of IT security systems, with experience across Microsoft and Google environments.
• Solid understanding of ISO 27001 standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage risk, compliance, and audit processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic IT security initiatives and close gaps while maintaining ISO 27001 and SOC2 alignment.
• Oversee software, hardware and infrastructure management.
• Develop and enforce robust IT policies, procedures and controls.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to align IT work with company goals and product ownership.
• Provide functional leadership and promote a culture of excellence in IT security.
