Laminar Projects is seeking an IT Security Manager to mature our security program, align with ISO 27001 and SOC 2, and lead IT policy, governance and infrastructure management. You will drive risk reduction and compliance while partnering with teams across the business.

Your leadership will shape a high-performing IT department, establish SLAs for user support, and promote a culture of security, accountability and continuous improvement within our growing organization.

Qualificações

• Mastery of IT security systems, vulnerabilities, and gap closure
• Experience with Microsoft and Google environments
• Understanding of ISO 27001, regulatory requirements and audits
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic IT security initiatives to identify and close system risks while maintaining ISO27001/SOC2 compliance
• Oversee software, hardware and infrastructure management
• Develop and enforce robust IT policies, procedures and controls
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure effective support and product ownership for core applications
• Provide functional leadership and foster a culture of excellence in IT security and risk management
