Devoteam seeks an IT Infrastructure & Operations Director to bridge business strategy with technology execution across the EMEA region. You will oversee cloud environments, governance, and a multidisciplinary team spanning network, systems, telephony, and onsite IT services.

You will partner with local IT departments, drive IaC migrations, manage global network and communications, and ensure ITIL v4 aligned processes, top-tier availability, and GDPR/NIS2 compliance.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of IT Infrastructure experience, with international teams.
• Architect-level cloud expertise (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• ITIL v4 and Agile frameworks proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain global strategic oversight of modern Cloud Environments and bridge business strategy with technical execution.
• Direct, lead, and mentor multidisciplinary teams (Systems, Network, Telephony, Workstations, Onsite IT).
• Drive migration to automated cloud environments (IaC) and manage global networks (SD-WAN, VPNs, SASE).
• Define endpoint management and provisioning workflows; ensure high service availability (99.9%+).
• Develop and test BCDR plans and align with GDPR/NIS2 compliance with DevSecOps practices.
