Molins is seeking an IT Operations & Service Desk Lead for Portugal based in Lisbon. You will be the first-line owner of IT services, ensuring quality and continuity while coordinating the outsourced provider and guiding day-to-day local operations in line with group policies.

Position requires a Tech degree, 5+ years in IT operations or service management, ITIL knowledge, and fluency in Portuguese and English, with occasional travel to sites in Portugal and Spain.
