Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and data management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the companys IT infrastructure.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems.
• Manage the companys network infrastructure to ensure smooth communication between all departments.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and regularly tested.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Manage IT budget and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions.
• Lead a team of IT professionals providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions to enhance business operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Lisbon Portugal As an IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our companys information technology infrastructure including hardware software networks and security systems Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and effective use of technology within our organization to drive business growth and success

Responsibilities

Requirements

Compensation

• This is a contract position paying 1400$ per month
• Accommodation will be provided by the company
• Additionally we offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for relocation to Lisbon
