Molins is seeking an IT Operations & Service Desk Lead for Portugal. You will be the first-line operational owner of IT services, ensure service quality and continuity, and coordinate the outsourced provider while guiding day-to-day local operations in line with group policies.
The role requires a Bachelor's in a tech field, 5+ years in IT operations or service management, ITIL knowledge, and fluency in Portuguese and English, with occasional travel to sites in Portugal and Spain.

As IT Operations & Service Desk Lead — Portugal, you will be the first-line operational owner of Secil’s IT services in Portugal. You will ensure the quality and continuity of the Service Desk and user support, functionally coordinate the outsourced IT provider, and oversee day-to-day local operations in line with the standards, policies, and roadmap defined at Molins Group corporate level.
The role combines service and support leadership with third-party coordination and local infrastructure operations, acting as the local technical escalation point. System design and architecture remain under the corporate System Architecture function; this role ensures operations and service delivery across that architecture.
